Rather, he speaks approvingly of a "slippery slope to Independence" and thinks that devolution started  "us" (ie. Wales) down the "road to democracy", the obvious implication being that democracy was absent beforehand.&lt;BR/&gt;&lt;BR/&gt;And do you seriously think that his talk of "England's so called United Kingdom" and Brittany being "a proud country almost reduced to its knees" are perfectly reasonable statements?!
